Croation electric supercar maker Rimac previewed the C_Two at the Geneva Motor Show, but the company has brought a suitably electric blue version of the car to Monterey Car Week to debut a new feature: a fitted carrier for a pair of six-litre champagne bottles and crystal flutes.

Calling this the California Edition of the C_Two, Rimac says the car "celebrates the elegance and vibrant atmosphere of the Monterey Car Week events."

Plus, there's the chance for a sip of bubbly with the Rimac team, other guests and supercar fans.

Rimac is starting the week by hosting private previews at its estate, before heading to The Quail – A Motorsport Gathering in Carmel Valley on Friday August 24 and Exotics on Cannery Row in Monterey on Saturday, August 25, where some of the rarest supercars in the world will be displayed for the appreciation of thousands of automotive fans.

You'll recall from the car's Geneva debut that the Rimac Two_C is a mighty electric supercar with a 258-mph top speed that rockets to 60 mph in 1.85 seconds.

Rimac achieved some unfortunate notoriety when Grand Tour presenter Richard Hammond heavily crashed one while filming one of the Amazon show's segments. Hammond, and Rimac, seem to have recovered nicely.
