Maisie William joins other actors to bid adieu to Game of Thrones as she finishes shooting for the finale.

It’s raining goodbyes, this monsoon. As the Game of Thrones cast wraps up their shooting schedules and finally steps beyond the doors of Westeros, actors take to Instagram to mark their goodbyes.

The latest to ride away is Maisie Williams, or our preferable moniker to the girl with no name, Arya Stark. On Sunday, the actress brewed the strings of speculation by posting a bloody picture of a pair of sneakers with a rather intriguing caption.

“goodbye belfast. goodbye arya. goodbye game of thrones. what a joy i’ve had. here’s to the adventures to come #lastwomanstanding #barely #immasleepforthenextfouryears #justkiddingidontsleep”

Naturally, each text on any platform needs to be squeezed for every last drop of details. And as exciting as the ‘last woman standing’ idea might sound, it is less than possible that Williams would give away any detail. Chances are that the actress might just be the last woman on the shooting schedule, and here we had already set sail on the spectrum of speculation.

Last month, Emilia Clarke sailed away from the gateways of Westeros with a dragon-fire warm farewell.

The final season is yet to air next year and has the globe trotting with theories and plausible scenarios. In a recent interview, Sophie Turner talked about the ending as vaguely as she could. “People have come up with so many fan theories about how it’s going to end, and who will end up where, and who will end up with who. It really is so unpredictable the way that it ends up. I’m very satisfied with that, and I think that the fans will be satisfied with that, too,” the actress hinted.

It looks like the theories shall be conjured up and speculations will be cast, until Season 8 doesn’t safely land on our ports next year.
