The Basil Bianco
Add 45 ml vodka, 15 ml martini bianco, 5-6 cucumber shanks, 7-8 basil leaves, 30 ml cranberry juice, 10 ml fresh lime juice to a shaker. Fill it up with ice and shake well. Double strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a basic sprig, cinnamon stick and cucumber spear.
The Leap Year
Combine 45 ml gin, 10 ml sweet vermouth, 10 ml Grand Mariner, a splash of lime juice and ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sweet lime wheel.
The Rude Cosmopolitan
Pour 45 ml tequila, 15 ml Cointreau, 5 ml lime juice and 10 ml cranberry juice into a shaker with ice. Strain drink into a cocktail glass and garnish with green lemon ring knot.
The Tamarind Margarita
Rim a margarita glass with salt. Add 45 ml tequila, 15 ml Cointreau, a splash of lime juice and orange juice and some tamarind paste to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into the margarita glass and garnish with an orange peel twist.
The Long Drink
Place some ice cubes in a Collins glass. Now add 15 ml white rum, 15 ml gin, 15 ml vodka, 15 ml Cointreau, 15 ml tequila and a splash of lime juice. Top the glass up with red bull. Garnish with 2 caramelised orange wheels.
The Dusty Side
Combine 60ml dark rum, a splash of lime juice and a pinch caramelised sugar with crushed ice and shake. Strain into a highball glass and top up with orange juice. Garnish with a lemon slice and some star anise.
