Be A Sour Puss...Of the bourbon kind.

It’s time to get your whisky on. 

A warm Sunday afternoon calls for a couple of rounds of the classic cocktail—Whisky Sour. In our
defence, there’s fresh fruit in there too!

The mixologists at The Bar Stock Exchange in Mumbai like their drinks as close to the original recipe and as strong as possible with a slight citrusy twist. We follow suit because they just taste so damn good.

 

HOW TO WHIP UP A CLASSIC WHISKY SOUR

In a cocktail shaker:

Add 45 ml bourbon, 20 ml fresh lime, 1 egg white, 15 ml sugar syrup. ice and shake. In an ice-filled old fashioned glass:

Strain ingredients of shaker.

Garnish with sliced lime or freshly sliced orange.
